Homocysteine
Homocysteine is a functional marker of one-carbon metabolism — rises when folate, B12, or B6 pathways are strained.
Elevated homocysteine in pregnancy may signal subclinical folate or B12 insufficiency even when individual vitamins look borderline.
How to read it
Display-only in Trends. Address cofactors (folate, B12, B6, riboflavin) through diet before isolated supplementation.
