Being OptimalProfessionals

For birth workers

A handout-ready overview: what Being Optimal is, what it is not, and how to share the free library with clients without overstepping scope.

What it is

Being Optimal is a stage-aware pregnancy nutrition tracker plus a free evidence-minded library. Clients can see intake against gestational targets and read calm nutrient guides — food-first, numbers-honest.

What it is not

Not medical care, not a diagnosis tool, not a prenatal vitamin store, and not a substitute for your clinical judgment. Clients bring questions to you and their OB — the product does not replace that relationship.

Suggested client script

“This is a tracking and learning tool, not medical advice. Use it to notice patterns; bring questions to me or your OB. Start with the free library if you are not ready to sign up.”

Advocate / client codes

We are opening an invite-only Advocate path for birth workers (time-boxed Pro access and capped client trial codes, tracked by the Team). Codes are not publicly listed yet — if you work with prenatal clients and want to be notified when a seat opens, contact the Team with your role and how you practice. Until then, share the free library links above.

This content is for education and general information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or a substitute for care from your obstetric clinician, midwife, or registered dietitian. Nutrient needs and risks vary. Discuss supplements, labs, and personal dietary decisions with your care team.
